Patrick Maxwell, Owner
Born and raised in Shreveport-Bossier, Patrick is passionate about his community and being a part of its continued revitalization and growth. A former D1 Athlete & Letterman (Southern Miss & LaTech Baseball) turned craftsman, Patrick has found in construction and design a natural transition for the determination, repetition, diligence, excellence, and creativity that was honed in being part of a collegiate team sport.
Patrick lived on both the West and East coasts after college but found that home was calling, now over 10 years ago. Coming back down south reignited his love for renovations & construction that he had once known as a child and adolescent, working on family rental properties in town. Coming back as an adult, with new eyes, he found the freedom to continue developing his craft, designing/building, and completing countless projects for families and businesses across Shreveport-Bossier and Louisiana.
Patrick sees honesty and openness as keys to his business’s success and longevity, and envisions a collaborative project with each new opportunity at Maxwell Renovations.

Great price and terrific work ethic! He was always on time and kept us in touch about the job. We had a flagstone patio and a cedar pergola built. He had some nice ideas to add to what I wanted. We are really happy with the new look for our home.

My wife and I decided it was time to redo our bathroom. We asked around and a co-worker mentioned Patrick of Maxwell Renovations. We were extremely happy with the turnout. The price was around what we were looking to spend. When a problem did pop up, he let us know our options and worked with us on staying on budget even with the hiccup. He could tell this project meant a lot and he wanted to get it just right. He was honest, upfront and very helpful when it came to questions my wife and I had. We will be hiring Maxwell Renovations again. Highly recommend.
